Wilshire Group Financial Services, an Insurance Agency, LLC ("Wilshire Group," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to information we collect through wilshiregfs.com and its pages, our online forms, and our phone, text message and email communications with you.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and state of residence.
- What you tell us about your needs when you fill out a form on our website. Depending on the form, this may include your age range, retirement status, whether you have an employer retirement plan such as a 403(b), an approximate range of savings you want to protect, your financial goals and concerns, the reasons you're looking for coverage, whether you use nicotine, the amount of coverage you want, who you'd like your beneficiaries to be, whether you already have life insurance, the best time to reach you, and any notes you choose to add.
- Messages you send us through our contact form, by email, by phone or by text.

Insurance companies may require details such as your date of birth, address, Social Security number, financial information, and health and medical history in order to underwrite and issue a policy.
Information collected automatically
- Advertising and analytics. Our retirement and life insurance consultation pages use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technology to record visits to those pages and when a form is submitted or an appointment is booked, which helps us measure how our ads perform and show our ads to people who may be interested in them. See "Cookies and advertising" below.
- Campaign information. If you arrive at our website from an ad or a link, our forms may record which ad or link brought you to us (for example, the campaign name) along with your form submission.
- Technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which our website hosting provider records automatically to deliver and secure the site.

Cookies and advertising
The Meta Pixel on our retirement and life insurance consultation pages uses cookies to understand how visitors use those pages and respond to our ads. Our other pages do not use it. Meta may combine this information with other information it has about you, under its own privacy policy. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our website will still work if you block cookies.
Some pages also load content from other companies, such as fonts from Google, an embedded Google map on our Contact page, Calendly and our CRM's booking calendar for scheduling appointments, and Zoom for event registration. When you use these features, those companies receive information under their own privacy policies.

We limit access to the members of our team and the service providers who need it to serve you. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Please don't send Social Security numbers, account numbers or medical information by text message or through our website contact form. Call us instead and we'll arrange a secure way to share them.
